Orders and Shipping
Shipping times can vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times range from 3–7 business days for domestic orders, though international shipments may take longer. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress in real time.
Creating an account with SCITOO is easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Visit our Sign-Up Page or click the “Account” icon on the top of our website.
- Enter your email address and create a secure password.
- Complete your profile by adding your name, shipping address, and any other relevant information.
- Click “Create Account” to finish.
Once you’ve registered, you can easily manage your orders, track your shipments, and save time at checkout.
To change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the address for you. However, once your order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes. To make a request, email us at contact@scitooautoparts.net with your order number and the new address.
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also log into your SCITOO account and check the Order History section to see your order’s status and tracking details.
For your security, SCITOO does not store credit card information. We use a trusted third-party payment processor to securely handle all transactions. This ensures that your sensitive financial information is protected and never stored by us. You’ll be asked to enter your payment details each time you make a purchase.
Sales tax is applicable to orders in certain states, depending on the local laws and regulations. If sales tax applies to your order, it will be calculated at checkout and included in your total order amount. You will be able to review any tax charges before finalizing your purchase.
SCITOO offers international shipping to a variety of countries. To check if we ship to your country, simply go to the checkout page, and select your country from the drop-down menu. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated based on your location. In most cases, your items will be shipped together in one package. However, if you’ve ordered multiple items that come from different warehouses or suppliers, they may be shipped separately. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking numbers to track each shipment individually.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging. Some items, like electrical components or custom parts, may not be eligible for return. If you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@scitooautoparts.net. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct one at no additional cost. Please include your order number and a description of the issue in your message.
We take extra care to ensure your items arrive safely, but if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately. Email us at contact@scitooautoparts.net with:
- A detailed description of the damage.
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Your order number.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.
Once we approve your return, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions. The return address will depend on the product’s origin and the warehouse we use for your order. Always follow the instructions provided in your RMA email to ensure that your return is processed correctly.

If you notice that you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@scitooautoparts.net. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address for you. Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Please review your shipping details carefully at checkout to avoid any issues.
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping, but if you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of submitting your order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes. However, you can initiate a return once your order arrives. Currently, SCITOO does not offer a pre-order option for out-of-stock items. However, we encourage you to sign up for notifications on product pages to be alerted when an item becomes available again. You’ll receive an email once the item is back in stock and ready for purchase.
